Refund Policy
ProConnective Refund Policy
At ProConnective, we aim to provide high-quality digital marketing services, including 360° virtual tours, website development, and social media management. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure caused by ProConnective or the platforms we directly provide.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, change of mind, or business performance outcomes.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue occurring.
2. 360° Virtual Tours
One-Time Creation Fee

If the hosting platform used for the 360° virtual tour permanently crashes or becomes unusable due to platform failure beyond reasonable recovery, clients will be entitled to a full refund of the 360° tour creation fee.
Monthly Hosting Fees

Any previous monthly hosting charges already paid for hosting the 360° virtual tours are non-refundable, regardless of platform failure.

Monthly hosting fees cover services already rendered, including hosting, maintenance, and platform access during the billing period.
3. Website Development
Website Creation Fee

If the website platform crashes or becomes permanently unusable due to a technical failure directly related to ProConnective’s provided platform, clients will be entitled to a full refund of the website creation fee.
Website Management Packages (Monthly)

If a client has selected a monthly website management package, no refunds will be issued for any monthly management fees already paid.

Monthly website management services cover ongoing work such as updates, maintenance, monitoring, and support, which are considered delivered once the billing period has begun.
4. Social Media Management

All social media management fees are non-refundable, including monthly packages.

This is due to the nature of the service, which involves time-based work, strategy implementation, and content delivery.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Client-provided content issues (text, images, branding, or approvals)

Third-party service outages beyond ProConnective’s control (e.g. social media platforms, domain registrars, external hosting providers)

Delays caused by lack of client communication or approval
6. Policy Updates
ProConnective reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or client agreements.
